How many times can I wrap my scrunchie around my hair?

A Silly Sis & CO Scrunchie can wrap approximately 2 to 3 times around depending on the type and thickness of your hair.  

 

I have super thick hair, will a Silly Sis & Co Scrunchie work?

Yes!  We are both have thick hair, and have sold Scrunchies to other women who have thicker hair than we do!  Our Scrunchies securely hold all ranges of hair including you beauties with  Thick Luscious Locks.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.  Sipping times are estimated, not guarantied.  Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Can I return or exchange my scrunchie?

Yes, We do accept returns and exchanges.  However, we ask that the product has been unworn due to health and safety precautions.  For more details please review our Refund Policy.  If you have questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us:) 

 

I was sent a Scrunchie with a Defect.  What now?

We pride ourselves on creating Quality Handmade products, however defects happen.  It is just us two Silly Sisters.  If you have received a product with a defect please contact us at sillysisllc@gmail.com.  Please include the following items in your email:

• A picture of your defective product
• The order number
• Your name

We will be happy to talk to you about your order and do everything we can to make it right.  We want you to enjoy your scrunchies as much as we do!  

 

My Scrunchie is in need of repair, what do I do?

If you have a scrunchie in need of repair please send us an email containing a picture of the item along with your name and order number.  We will gladly open a conversation to repair your Silly Sis & Co Scrunchie.
